Color stains are color pigments that can be used for coloring both clay and glaze.
The sample on the left is mixed 8% color stain with Transparent matt glaze [231307] and the sample on the right is mixed 8% color stain with Transparent glossy glaze [235501]. If a less opaque result is desired, the amount of color is reduced. Use adjusting agent ABM-3 [2858] to prevent sedimentation.

Color changes may occur depending on the coice of clay/glaze and firing temperature. We therefore recommend that you always do tests before mixing larger amounts.
